2. All information collected by  the Liston Design web site is done so via the Inquiry Form.  This means of information collection is not mandatory for proper usage of the Liston Design web site and is used at the sole discretion of the person viewing the web site.

3. Any information obtained by Liston Design via the Inquiry Form is used for the sole purpose of maintaining a client database.

4. The information that is kept in the Liston Design client database is strictly for Liston Design use.  It is not sold or shared to 3rd parties unless to comply with a valid legal process (search warrant, subpoena, or court order.)
